How It Works
No surprises or weeks of silence. Every milestone is approved by you, with everything managed in one WhatsApp chat.
Send the design, garment type, quantity and deadline on WhatsApp. A photo or a rough sketch is enough to start.
You receive a per-piece rate, the thread shade options and a realistic delivery date — usually the same working day.
We stitch one physical sample and photograph it in daylight. Nothing goes to bulk until you say yes to that piece.
Your order runs as a dedicated batch. You get progress photos midway, so you always know where your goods stand.
Every piece is checked for thread pulls, placement and finishing, then packed size-wise and dispatched with tracking.

You never pay for a full run on faith. Approve the physical sample first — revisions on that sample are on us.

Questions
The sample usually reaches you within 48 hours of design approval. Production time then depends on quantity and stitch density — a 500-piece run of simple chest monograms moves much faster than 500 hand-shaded panels. You get a firm delivery date in writing along with the quote, before you confirm anything.
Both work. Many buyers ship us their own blanks or cut pieces and we return them embroidered. If you would rather we source the garment too, tell us the fabric, colour and size breakup and we will quote it complete.
Not at all. Send a photo, a screenshot, or even a hand sketch. Our design table draws it up properly, shows you the artwork with thread shades marked, and only then do we stitch. A good number of our regular designs began as a blurry WhatsApp photo.
AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, CDR — or a clear photograph. For logos, a vector file or clean line art gives us the sharpest outline to trace onto the fabric, but we regularly redraw artwork from a photograph when that is all a client has.
Yes. Share a Pantone code, a fabric swatch, or a photo of the shade you want. We send back a thread shade card with the closest matches so you can pick before production begins.
We dispatch across India with tracking, and we handle export consignments as well. Share the delivery city or port along with your brief and the quote will include the logistics.
Every piece is inspected before it is packed. If something still slips through — wrong placement, a thread pull, a shade mismatch against the approved sample — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will rework or replace those pieces.
